４つ貸し切り風呂がありどれも違うタイプのもので良かったです。１つはとても熱すぎて入ることができませんでした。１つだけ残念なことはチェックインの際にもいただいた紙にも大浴場の入浴時間が２４時までと説明を受けていたにもかかわらず２３時過ぎくらいに入ろうとしたところ従業員の方にもう入れませんと言われました。２４時までと言われましたよって言いましたがすみませんもなくコロナの影響でとしか言われませんでした。入れないのであればチェックイン時に言って欲しかったです。他の口コミににも同じようなことを書いている方が居たので確認をした方が良いかもしれません。それ以外は大変素晴らしい温泉でしたので残念でした。客室露天風呂付きのお部屋でしたのでそちらを楽しみました。

“上質なおもてなし”
団体のお客様と食事の時間をずらしてもらったり、小さい子ども連れに優しい対応をしていただきました。温泉や食事も最高でしたが、何より丁寧な対応にとても癒しを感じました。また機会あれば、ぜひとも訪れたいと思いました！

“温泉・食事・サービスの三拍子が揃った大満足の宿！”
観海寺温泉源泉の湧く薬師堂のすぐ隣です。本館離れ合わせて二十部屋ほどの小ぢんまりとした感じで、清潔なのはもちろん、調度品など細部に意匠を凝らしているとわかる宿でした。布団を敷く際、枕元に添えられたお土産にできる香り袋など、細やかな心遣いが行き届いています。スタッフの皆さんもいつもにこやかで、とても心地よく過ごせました。平日だからか四ケ所ある貸切風呂はどれも空いていて、特に海の見える薬師の湯にある一枚岩から彫り出した浴槽は圧巻でした。食事もちょうど満腹になるくらいの量で多すぎず程良く、どの料理を取ってもおいしかったです。夜に隣室からの音が少し漏れていたのが玉に瑕でしたが、それほど気になることもありませんでした。随所にあしらわれているうさぎモチーフの小物も大変愛らしく娘がとても気に入っていました。家族水入らずくつろげる時間をありがとうございます。

“良いお宿です”
貸切風呂が４つあり、その内の３つまで利用することができました。もうすぐ２歳になる孫が夕食中に寝てしまったのですが、すぐさまブランケットとクッションを用意していただき、大人たちはゆっくり食事ができ、孫の残した食事は部屋まで届けてくれたりと、本当に親切に対応してくださいました。ただ、部屋のドライヤーの折りたたみ個所が使用時に固定出来ず、交換した方が良いと思います。
