      Wonderful service. Very little English but they tried very hard, even using a smartphone translator. We left our luggage there to make a day trip to Tojimbo. They made a special trip just to bring us to Awara Onsen station even though it was not scheduled

      Huge rooms, attentive and flexible ryokan-style service and beautiful garden. However, the Awara Onsen Yunomachi city is far away from the JR station (you need to take a bus to reach it), which is not very convenient, especially if you carry large luggage

      “おもてなしに満足”

      伝統旅館のぬくもりは伊達じゃない。地元の名産品を活かした美味しい料理。それを丁寧に説明してくれた仲居さん。食事時に挨拶に来てくれた若女将。旅館全体でもてなしてくれたので、心に残る旅行になりました。

      “豪華な純和風建築は一見の価値”

      松風庵の朝暘の間に１泊しました。縁側付二間続きの和室、来賓用の豪華な天井、陶器製の露天風呂と素晴らしい部屋でした。室内と廊下に点在する生花や絵画、日本庭園も一見の価値有りです。スタッフの皆さんの所作も丁寧でした。お料理も良く特にお米がおいしかったです。ただ室内露天の洗い場が外と隔たりが無いため寒くて使えない、木もれびの湯の露天風呂の底に段差が有るのが残念でした。

      “ファミリープランにて宿泊”

      今回は両親の古希のお祝いで利用させて頂きました。どのスタッフの方々もも大変親切で、とっても楽しい旅行になりました。サプライズのプレゼントも用意して頂き、両親も大変喜んでおりました。 ありがとうございました。 夕食も朝食も食べ切れないくらい沢山で、子供達もとっても美味しかったと喜んでいました。 また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいたいです。
