I had seen the Roman baths on a commercial in the past, so I made a reservation this time. The bathtub and changing room were really big and just as I expected, but the water was a little lukewarm, so I went back to the family bath. The food was almost as I expected since it was from the Itoen group, but the beef tongue was a little tough. We checked out at 11:00 a.m. and were able to relax, but the bill was a bit crowded, which was a bit of a concern.

The food was buffet style and the content was average, but the price was good with all-you-can-drink alcohol included and relatively reasonable. The room was nice and spacious, but we had a problem with the thudding noise from the other room (probably on the upper floor) in the middle of the night until about 2:00am.

It is far from Atami station, but the location is perfect because it is close to the ocean. The facilities, including the building, are aging, but they are well cleaned, so they are clean. The baths are very good because you can fully enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere. The staff's treatment is also good, without being intrusive.

It was pre-holiday and the place was crowded, but you were very fast, precise, and professional in handling check-in and other matters. Thank you for everything until we left. Also, the Roman baths were very nice.
