１泊しか出来ませんでしたがとても良い旅館でした。雰囲気もよく料理も美味い。そして担当？スタッフの人間味に惚れ込み評価させていただきます。この人に会いにまたいきます。

“全ての面で高品質です！”
胡蝶のお部屋は、広くて落ち着いた雰囲気で、セミダブルのベッドやマッサージチェアもありとても気に入りました。食事は個室でプライベート空間になっておりリラックスして楽しめました。夕食の懐石、翌朝の和朝食も美味しく頂きましたが、ちょっと塩分が多いかなと思いました。お風呂は、滝、檜、山王全て自然と調和して綺麗で満足でした。お湯は思っていたよりサラリとしたお湯でした。お風呂へ行く渡り回廊やお庭の風情も印象的でした。お部屋への案内から食事のお世話をして頂いた女性スタッフの方は大変感じが良く親切で、老舗旅館のおもてなしの質の高さを感じました。家内も大変満足して又伺いたいと言っております。ありがとうございました。

“ありがとうございました”
親の祝い旅行で宿泊しました。食事の際にお祝いの雰囲気を出して欲しいとリクエストしましたら、素晴らしい食事に素敵な飾り付け、プレゼントまでいただいて感激しました。食事も部屋もお風呂も大満足です。スタッフさんたちのサービスも気持ちのよいものでした。館内は迷路のようで楽しかったですが、足の悪い方などは移動が大変そうかなと思いました。また熱海へ行く際はお世話になりたいと思います。
