The sparkling sea of Atami is truly beautiful, and this was my first stay at the Korakuen Hotel right next to that sea. I am very satisfied with the result. 1. The level of all the employees is high! I felt that they anticipated what the guests were thinking and moved accordingly. The bellboys were also very attentive and I appreciated their presence. （Even though we added a male to the room at the last minute, the amenities in the room were properly stocked for both men and women (since we had my 80 year old mother with us). I thought it was as expected. 2, The Aqua Tower where I stayed was new and the bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a great experience! The view of the ocean from the balcony is impressive! I was amazed at how spacious it is and how much storage space there is. 3, The breakfast buffet in the tower was delicious! Especially the local horse mackerel crackers, fried horse mackerel, satsuma-age, etc. The clean-up staff was also very efficient, and seemed to be very efficient, replenishing any items that seemed to be running out quickly.

At first we were given a room with a strong smell of smoking which I could not accept staying for four nights. After a little bit of discussing they gave us another room which was more aery. Except this, we had a nice stay.

It would be better if there are more shuttle to go back to the Atami station. There is only one bus at 11:30 am leaving the hotel.

アメニティーやスタッフの皆さんの対応全て素晴らしかったです。室内も綺麗で、ご飯もすごく美味しかったです。また、ホテルから駅まで行こうとホテルのシャトルバスを待っていたのですが、道路が混んでおり、時間に間に合わくなり、新しくバスを出してくれました！宿泊者の方を優先的に対応してくれたのでまた泊まりに行きます！（１１月ですけど！！）

飲み放題は、クラフトビールや、いい日本酒もあってとても良かった。食事は、最後の方は無くなっているものも多くて、食べられなかったものがあり、残念でした。９０分だと短くて、せめて２時間は欲しかった。混んでるし、広いから、何をとりに行くにしても、時間がかかるから。 他はとても良かったから残念。

いつも利用しているホテルなのですが、追加の掛け布団が全体的に黄色くシミがついていました。 子供のお漏らし…？と同行者と言っていましたが、そうでなくとも気持ちいいものではなかったです。 クローゼット内に常備されている掛け布団なので、マナーの悪い客が申告せずにしまい直したら清掃の方は気づきにくいのかもしれません。 それ以外はいつも通り綺麗で気持ちの良いお部屋でした。

館内設備もお風呂も従業員の対応もすごくよかつた。 夕飯のビュッフェだけが微妙。飲み物が無料のものが水かお茶位なのはびっくりしたな。 朝食はよかっただけに残念。

今回 ＧＯＴＯキャンペーンを利用しましたがとても満足しております。普段ならなかなか宿泊しない距離（日帰り）ですが初めて利用する事が出来ました。また機会があれば利用したいです。売店等の電子決済が機能しておらず時間がかかった。

部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。今回は、ｆｕｕａの無料券もついていてとてもお得でした。食事は十分の量で、年寄りには多すぎる位でしたが、とたも美味しかったです。また是非行きたいホテルです。

憧れの巨人軍も忘年会宿舎！巨人ファンの聖地でした 料理よし・朝食もよし・部屋からのオーシャンビューも百点越え１５０点のホテル 孫がお風呂の水風呂が気に入って、温泉と水風呂を４回も往復していました 朝食は和食で食べきれないほどありました 夜食に孫がびっくりしたのは白雪姫と花火の子供の食事！演出最高です

お部屋がキレイで広く、使いやすかったです。海側だったので熱海の夜景もキレイでした。 ただ通路が外で、風避け対策してありましたがとても寒くどうにかならないかと強く思いました。

新しくなって２回目の利用です。プランに新しくできた温泉施設が利用出来てとても良かったです。風呂からの海の景色は絶景でした。また利用したいと思います。

古き良き熱海に新しい風のホテルが誕生！ＡＱＵＡスクエアに止まりました。お部屋はきれいなのはもちろん明るく、清潔感がありカジュアルな印象でした。照明も暗すぎず明るすぎず落ち着ける印象でした。花火大会の日にここに止まったら最高だと思いました。スパは残念ながら利用できなかったのですが、タワー館の大浴場は開放感と広さが十分でした。お肌がすべすべになります。食事も美味しく、新鮮な食材が活かされている感じです。小学生にはタワー館の方がお子様向けメニューがあったのかな？と思いました。お土産も充実しているし、夜１０時まで買えます。渚の熱海プリンのお店も出ていて行列に並ばなくても買えますよ。女子旅や恋人同士におススメです。

１、熱海駅前の出迎え担当・フロント担当・夕食朝食会場・布団敷き担当など従業員皆さん、応対・配意とも極めて良で、更には当日夜は素晴らしい花火大会があり、総合評価は「大変満足な宿泊」となりました。今回、父の日に、熱海後楽園ホテルへの宿泊にして、心から良かったと思います。 ２、今回の宿泊は「タワー館和室」で、ただ、各項目ごとの評価は、食事・大浴場・部屋含む設備とも、各々、「３～４の間のレベル」だと思います。これまで色々な旅館ホテルに泊まった経験から、いいホテルだなぁとは思いますが、どうも「４」レベルとは評価できませんでした。夕食も、刺身やにぎり寿司など良さもあるんですが、また大浴場も眺め良く、広さもあるんですが。 ３、今回は、高齢の父の日に、「和含む」ビュッフェがあるタワー館和室にしましたが、もっといい上層階部屋や新館での宿泊もあるようです。参考にして下さい。
