    従業員の教育が悪すぎる”

    夕食時天つゆを浴衣にこぼしても、配膳を先にして御手拭を取りに行ってしばらくこなく、自分たちで床まで拭いたころきてすみませんでおわり。 料理の魚の名前を聞いてもよくわかりません。 ６人で泊まりましたが朝食も皆が揃わないうちに、ご飯を全員の分が盛り付けられ、みんなが揃ったら出してほしいと言ったら、私の分だけは下げて５分位して全員揃い冷たくなりだしたご飯を頂きました。

    古風な宿”

    ３度目の利用です。寺社巡りに便利な立地の良さと、温泉が魅力。一番初めに泊まったのが４０年ぐらい前で、その頃と趣がほとんど変わっていない。ということは、建物が古くなってきているということですが、それもいい味だと思います。サービス、料理は満足。部屋も広い部屋に変更してくれていた。温泉もいい。ただ、換気が悪いのか大浴場の脱衣所が、かなり臭かったことがマイナス点でした。

    温泉が良かった”

    長谷寺参りで利用。 施設は古いですが、きれいにされているので、特に気になりません。 温泉は内風呂だけですが、お湯がなめらかで、とても温まりました。街中の温泉であまり期待していませんでしたが、大満足。 長谷寺駅まで坂道と階段がありますが、送迎してもらえたので、良かったです。

    連泊しましたが、係りの方も皆さん親切で、良かったです。 帰りに草餅も頂き、ありがとうございました。皆、喜んでおりました。 長谷寺に近いのが何よりです。「山の辺の路」の散策には、良かったです。 団体には、良い宿だと思います。でも、ポイントが利いたどうかわかりませんでしたが、ありがとうございました。

    長谷寺へのアクセス抜群！”

    長谷寺へのアクセス抜群！明るく感じよく、予約よりも広い部屋でした。ただ、急須の茶葉、食事時に一度捨てて欲しかったです。入れ直したかったので。
