the hotel is big and good for family with children. however, the room is old style but clean. the food is good and the staff is nice.

赤ちゃん連れの予約だったので風呂付きの部屋（トイレ、風呂別）を借りました。 当日は一緒に温泉に入ったので、お部屋のお風呂は使用しませんでしたが、洗面所から下水臭がずーっとしてて、何時間経っても水道の水を流しっぱなしにしても消えず、もう泊まることはないかなーーー オムツのゴミ箱も置いてくれていたけど、ただのバケツでした。 館内の温泉までの廊下も寒くて、廊下が長い割に小さなファンヒーターがポツンと１つ置いてあるだけで、設定温度２２度に対して温度１７度からあがらない状況。 プールでは、水着と浮き輪レンタルしましたが、スタッフさんの対応投げやりというか面倒臭そうでこちらが嫌な気分に。 乳児の遊び場と朝食会場だけは唯一良かったなと思った点です。 部屋が本当下水臭くて、お金もったいなかった。 亀の井ホテル系列になったけど、品位下げてるのではないかな？

We stayed here one night on a visit to Mt. Aso. Access: About 15 min walk from/to Aso railway station. Not too hard to find if you walk in the right direction. Not much around the resort to see. Location/Building: a very large complex of buildings -
