I stayed at the hotel as a solo traveler using my compensatory holiday. I was able to enjoy the hot spring at a leisurely pace. I have no complaints in particular, but the room, which was designed to look like a mountain cabin, was very comfortable, but the lighting seemed a little dark for reading.

Beautiful hotel in an enchanting winter landscape, with indoor and outdoor onsens plus an ice bar! The staff were attentive, the food was thoughtfully prepared. We looked forward to dinner and onsen here every evening after being out in the snow all day. F

Nonno French restaurant is superb!!!! The best cuisine you can have up on Daisetsuzan national park. Onsen is good. Room is cozy. Staffs are nice. And cannot forget the free ramen at 10:30 at night!!! brilliant!!!!
