The so called Crab Plan was pathetic. Crab legs were small and quite tasteless. The sashimi even more pathetic. Each serving consists of 3pcs bad quality salmon and sweet prawn. One of the worst ryokan I have stayed in. My experience here only saved by the

I am basing my opinions having traveled to many other ryokan/hotels. This hotel is more of a standard hotel with the service structure of a hotel. First, the food was not very well put together, breakfast was a buffet with the same pickled items, and the s

I love love love this place. I love the breakfast and dinner buffet, and how they have small segregated plates so the food don't mix with each other (great for photo op too). I love that there's a shuttle bus from Asahikawa and a more frequent one going to

We were upgraded to a room with private onsen. The room is spacious, nice, comfort, and clean. Very impressive! Dinner and breakfast were great and prepared at different locations of the hotel allowing us to see different scenes and atmospheres.

The first impression when walked in the hotel is a mass market hotel, however, the impression immediately changed when we settled in our room with private bath. A cosy floor, room is spacious & clean, staff attentive, food is delicious.
