Great hotel in the heart of asahikawa. Close to trains and buses and the main shopping street. The staff were very helpful with organising our snowboarding lift tickets and shuttle bus to kamui links. Noone spoke much English but everything worked well any

“renovation”
The guest rooms were nice and clean compared to previous stays. It seems that the hotel has been renovated, but I was disappointed that the large bathroom was not open. Breakfast had a large number of items, but seemed to lack a homemade feel. However, the pudding was delicious.
