    Exceptional”

    excellent location and excellent staff. They could not have been more helpful or friendly. Food was very authentic and very fresh. The outdoor Onsen was superb.

    This hotel is amazing! Staff are very friendly and service is awesome! very prompt to fetch you wherever you want to go in town and back as well once you give them a call. The town is quite small, very quaint and nice.

    二人旅行.計劃前往黑部峽谷鐵道,食和式料理 預定後,酒店一個月前已經通知並提供專車接送, 由於時間緊迫,就由接送的女職員先行將行李帶回酒店(兩個急!很重!)很好的服務! 後來,由於峽谷鐵道爆滿,只能買尾車回程,比原定時間遲1小時,我們唯有步行回酒店通知要改變回程及DINNER 時間 但Front desk 英文完全溝通不能,幸好剛才的女職員出現,才明白這情況,並立即車我們回宇奈月趕火車 整個過程有賴酒店女職員的貼心服務~令過程更順利 另外和式料理很精美~ 房間乾淨企理佈局很有日本味道 職員們
