    excellent location and excellent staff. They could not have been more helpful or friendly. Food was very authentic and very fresh. The outdoor Onsen was superb.

    This hotel is amazing! Staff are very friendly and service is awesome! very prompt to fetch you wherever you want to go in town and back as well once you give them a call. The town is quite small, very quaint and nice.

    ホテル黒部”

    宇奈月温泉には何度も行っているのに少し奥にあるホテル黒部は初めてでした。建物自体と従業員さんには歴史を感じましたが（笑）とても元気で感じ良く気持よかったです。部屋から見える景色もよく食事も美味しかったです。残念だったのは雨風の強い日で露天風呂が寒くて入れなかった事ですが冬の天候は仕方がないですね。トランプ借りて久々楽しかったです。ありがとうございました。

    一泊させていただきました”

    久々にビュッフェではない食事プランでした。 自分の性格上ビュッフェだとガッツリ食べてしまい後で後悔ということも 多々ありましたので、今回のような食事もなかなかよかったです。
