色々言いたい事はあるけど。”
私が宿泊した部屋はツインの部屋を一人で利用。まずテレビを着けたらアンテナレベルが低いため番組が出ない所から始まって…それからドアノブが外れて自分ではめ込み修理しました…。ポットのコンセントが無くてお湯を作る事は出来ないしフロントに言っても対応が遅くて必要無くなってから連絡が来る。まあいいけど。温泉じゃなかったらキレる案件いっぱいでしたが温泉の温度はちょうど良かったです（笑） 提携されてる寿司屋さんの料理は美味しかったです。

月・火曜日に貸切風呂を無料で利用できる回数は？”
１日目（月曜日）宿泊の翌朝６時４０分、初めて貸切風呂を使用してＫｅｙを返し、「良い風呂であった」話をした時に、フロントの人が「月・火曜日は何回利用しても無料」と話した。１５時に別な風呂を予約していることを話して、明朝６時にまた、この時と同じ風呂に入ることになり、予約した。「無料」というのを３回確認した。フロントの人は私の目の前で予約表に記入した。 翌朝６時にフロントにＫｅｙ を借りに行ったら、フロントの人はそのＫｅｙを持ちながら、「予約されていない」と言った。そして「今日は月・火曜日でなく、水曜日だ」と話した。結果、普通の中浴場に入った。良い風呂であった。

配慮も見方で逆なり”
玄関から入ってすぐ通りのロビーで朝食をとったが、担当の人が後ろでずーと立っていて、食べ終わるまで見守っていた。 連泊二日目、日中、ごろ寝処にいたら、従業員の人達が仕事をしながら話していることが聞こえてきた。「３０６号室、一人で二つのベッドを使っていた…。」 日中、「車を離れたところに移動してよいか？」聞かれたので、「明日、車がどこにあるかわからなくなるので、今のままの方がよい」と答えた。その後、少しして、すぐ横に移動されることになった。夕方、早く着いた車はどこかに移動されてなくなり、最終的により遅く着いた車３台と私の車が、玄関前に置かれた。 私はどういう風に言われているか…？気になった。

２回目の宿泊でした☆”
今回で２回目の宿泊でしたが スタッフの方の対応の良さや お部屋や温泉の綺麗さなどがとても良くてまた行きたくなる宿です！ お料理も美味しく、 落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 またよろしくお願いします☆
