房间不大，但配套设施齐全性价比满意。前台服务可以用简单英文交流，耐心礼貌。免费早餐很简单，米饭味增汤小菜土豆沙拉烤面包咖啡。位置很好，离JR青森和Afactory大概1分多钟，离ASPAM和古川市场大概5分多钟。
