Located upland at the foot of a mountain, this hotel features a layout that enables all guest rooms to face beautiful Mutsu Bay and the Shimokita Peninsula. Its communal baths feature bathtubs and rotenburo (open-air baths) crafted from Aomori hiba wood (Thujopsis, a conifer in the cypress family). Guests agree this is the best location for sightseeing around Lake Towada and the Shimokita area.

疲れていたので勝手に布団を敷きひと休みしました。海を見ようとレースのカーテンを開けたら，やぶけていました。夕食も朝食のバイキングも美味しかったです。名物？貝焼き味噌をメニューに加えてほしい。ピアノの演奏が聴けるとは思ってなかったので得した気分です。ピアノより歌が上手かったです。かわいいお客さんも巻き込んで楽しい演奏会でした。

大浴場の選べるシャンプーは楽しい。基礎化粧品もありがたい。サービスの水やお茶もおいしくいただきました。部屋洗面台のペーパータオルは便利だが，取る度にガタガタ音が気になる。海が見えるのが良い。景色の説明図があるとありがたい。湾の名前とか浜や山・地名を知りたい。

案内された部屋が特別室！！プラン対象の部屋が満室なのでとのことで、料金変わらず。陸奥湾一望、二間続き、さらに展望風呂付と今までで１番の部屋でした。また夕・朝食とも満足で、アクシデントとはいえ最高の１泊となりました。

“Family of four”
A family of four (two adults, one high school student, and one junior high student) stayed in a 12-mat Japanese-style room. The room was a little old, but we had no complaints. For dinner, we had an all-you-can-eat crab buffet plan, so we had all-you-can-eat crab and snow crab, both of which were delicious. The other buffet dishes, such as sushi and sashimi, were also delicious. The large bathroom was spacious enough, and there were enough showers. There was also an open-air bath. The open-air bath was relatively spacious, the water temperature was just right, and I could see the night sky very well. However, please note that many of the shower mixers are broken, so even if you turn the temperature control to high, the water remains cold, and vice versa. I hope this will be repaired as soon as possible. Overall, we were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay.
