Nicely located with beautiful sea view. water quality of hot spring excellent. Food very fish oriented. I enjoyed it!

夕食の豪華さに驚きました。伊勢海老とヒラメのお造り、アワビのステーキ、うに、かき、車海老の踊り、渡り蟹など新鮮な海の幸がこれでもかと並びました。そのほかにも鯛のカブト煮、天ぷら、鯛鍋、茶碗蒸し等があり、もうお腹がはちきれそうなくらい食べました。この値段でこんな料理はなかなかないと思います。品数だけ多くて、しょぼい料理というのもありますが、このホテルはそんなことはありません。天草に行く時はまたここを利用したいです。 泉質も良くぬるぬるのお湯でとても気持ちいいです。熱めが好きな私には少しぬるめでした。 今度は離れに宿泊してみたいです。

夏休みということと、お盆明けを狙っての１泊家族旅行。 天草は２回ほど過去に行ったことがありましたが、こちらの旅館は初めての利用でした。 子供が半額ということでお得感があり申し込みました。 料理やその他、こちらの要望を聞いてくれるという感じでしたが・・・あまりちゃんと伝わっていなかった事が多々あり、夕食の配膳順や、朝食の時間などはこちらから確認しないと説明はありませんでした。朝の温泉時間も６時～７時３０分と短くバタバタでした。これらは少なくとも、私が今まで宿泊した施設ではありえない事です。 お風呂もちょっと離れにあるのですが、打たせ湯も湯が出てなく使用できませんでした。 唯一気に入った点は、寝具を敷きにきてくださった方（４名ほど？）が、とてもテキパキと行動してくださり、あっという間にお布団を敷いてくださいました。 以上、おそらくもう利用することはないかと思います。

部屋もよかったし、風呂の湯もとろとろしててよかったんだけど、天草の観光のことを聞いたときに、知らないスタッフが多くてびっくりでした。あと朝の子供のメニューが好きそうなものごあまりなくて残念がってました。

“Acceptable”
The reasons I booked this hotel by reasons of its fantastic sea view; but regrettable found for its being blocked by decoration under way for external facade. Very unhappy for this not disclosed to me by the time of my reservation.
