“Authentic hot spring hotel in Akita City”

It is a 20-30 minute bus ride from Akita Station. It is a full-fledged hot spring hotel located in a peaceful rural area. The rooms, which are too spacious for one person to stay alone, are well cleaned, and are equipped with amenities such as humidified air purifiers and deodorizers for clothes like those in business hotels, in addition to towels and snacks that are typical of hot spring hotels. In addition to the main indoor bath with a waterfall of hot water, there is an open-air bath, a lukewarm source bathtub, and a sauna. There is a convenience store in front of the nearest bus stop, making it easy to procure drinks and food. However, in the aftermath of the Corona, the buffet breakfast was a bit sad. There is no lack of Akita-style food, but it would have been nice if there had been something to highlight the food.

      “Nice hot water.”

Due to the recent earthquake, we had to bypass the Sea of Japan and return to the Honshu area. Since we could not reach home in one day by the return route, we decided to stay overnight in Akita City at a moment's notice. I had no idea that there was such a hot spring so close to the center of Akita City, and I was glad to have stayed here, as it revived my body, which was exhausted from the hard march on the road. The next day, before we left, we were approached by the proprietress, who told us that all the employees were doing their best in spite of the hardships caused by the Corona and the earthquake disaster, etc. When we told her that we had come this time because our child had stayed with her on a previous trip and had said the inn and hot water were good, she said, "I feel motivated. I was very happy to hear that. (If I had to complain, it would be about the last sauna time and the installation of the mats.)

      “Service”

Service is not as good as expected. There are no extra towels to use when going to the bathhouse. The restaurant is not open during dinner time. The winter discount campaign for Akita citizens was not honored. The winter discount campaign for Akita residents was not honored. We are quite disappointed.

      “宿泊部屋が不満”

      ここ数年宿泊していますが、今回は良くなかったです。 2歳児から90歳の年寄りまで7名で宿泊しましたが、部屋がフロントから一番奥の部屋で遠く、廊下はかなりの傾斜なので年寄用にお借りした車椅子でも大変でした。 娘家族が宿泊した部屋は埃っぽかったのか、アレルギー症状で咳が止まらなかったと言っていました。
