Very satisfied, the only issue I have is the breakfast staff, they cross the room in front of the guests. The only issue I have is the breakfast staff, they walk past the guests. The rooms are perfect, but the guests need to be made to feel at ease.

This was my first time using this hotel and it was very good. It was a very nice hotel with very clean rooms and good facilities, probably in the new new building.

“Disappointing breakfast restaurant.”
The facilities and front desk are very good. The only thing that was the worst was the breakfast restaurant. It was not crowded at all with only about 1/3 of the people eating breakfast, but most of the tables were not cleared and only one or two seats were available. The box to return the "done eating" plate after breakfast was full and overflowing, and when we put it on top of the box, it collapsed as expected. The TV in the room allows you to see how crowded the breakfast room is (empty, slightly crowded, crowded), but it was "empty" all the time (I refreshed it from time to time to check), so I don't think it was because there was a last minute group of guests. It's a shame because I was looking forward to this breakfast since it's at the Metropolitan. However, the breakfast is the same price as a business hotel, so I guess that means it's just as good. I decided not to book breakfast for my next reservation.
