      A perfect place to stay, the room was quite spacious, onsen was good, the ski lockers heated our boots to perfection but the standout was the service - staff repaired our flat battery while we went skiing and helped us organise an overnight ski repair. Fan

      いつ誰が行っても温かく迎えてくれる気配り抜群の地元出身スタッフ最高です。 温泉もいいし、スキー場も目の前。一方、オーナーが外国人なのは仕方ないとしても、もうすこし地元のお客さんや日本人のお客さん、ホテルスタッフのことを大切に考えて運営して欲しいです。プリンスホテルに戻ればいいのに。

      フレンドリーかつ礼儀正く、あったかいおもてなしをしてくださるスタッフばかりです。雪が積もっていなくてものんびりしに行く価値がある。白神だけでなく、世界遺産認定が期待される三内丸山遺跡も観光できるし、冬の岩木山神社も雰囲気あります。
