We used this hotel for a family vacation during the summer vacations. The room we initially reserved was a non-smoking room, but when we emailed them to change it to a non-smoking room, they immediately called us and made the change without a single look of disapproval. When we arrived at the inn, we parked our car in a parking lot a short distance away, but even though it was only a 2-minute walk, a bus picked us up and dropped us off! The people at the front desk were wonderful and smiling! The room was a little old and the door was not auto-locking, but it was clean and comfortable. The baths have the best hot spring water and hot spring water quality! The meals, both breakfast and dinner, are the best I have ever had at a buffet inn. I am especially happy that they have local cuisine. We will definitely stop by again on our next trip to Tohoku. Thank you very much!

Every time we go to the buffet dinner, the food is excellent, but this time, for the first time, the hotel instructed us to start at 19:00. However, for the first time, the hotel instructed us to start at 7:00 p.m. The actual time was 7:20 p.m. We were doubly disappointed because our seats were the furthest away from the food stations and more than half of the items looked thin (leftovers). It's good that they are busy, but I wish they would try a little harder.

“I was able to relax with my family!”
I have used the Oedo Onsen group several times, but this was my first time at this inn. The open-air bath was a little small, but the water was soft and pleasant. The meals are buffet style, but you can eat local Kitakata ramen noodles! In the morning, the person at the counter asked us "Would you like an onigiri (rice ball)? The counter person asked me "Would you like an onigiri (rice ball)? The dining room is a slippers-free room, so you may need socks in winter, but I would like to visit Aizu in winter, so I will use this hotel again.
