The Ryokan is very far from the Yufuin station, however, pickup service is provided by the ryokan from 3pm-5pm. Just need to give the ryokan a call from the station on your day of arrival.

房間內提供的浴袍非常不衛生 在口袋中找到衛生紙 裡面包括了吃過的蘿蔔。 連續入住了兩晚，但房間打掃不是十分理想 用過的毛巾仍然會留在地上。 房間裡提供的保濕機以及通風系統十分不衛生，大量灰塵在出風口處，吸入後令人非常不舒服。 預訂了兩晚的一泊兩食，餐飲也不是很理想。旅館裡的溫泉設施也不是很整潔。 總括而言，不推篤這間溫泉旅館，希望他們可以作出改善。

硬體設施及早餐中規中矩；泉質優良，房間附設的私人露天湯就在溪旁，風景美不勝收；旅館有中文服務人員，十分熱心幫忙解決各種問題；預訂客房可享一日一次的接送服務，從由布院車站坐計程車到飯店約花費日幣700元，步行有小坡約耗時10~15分鐘。
