Great hotel. No food on the night we stayed, so had to eat out. So can not comment on the quality of the food. Room was great and the hot spring bath even better :)

“磐田を代表するお宿”
ジュビロ磐田観戦で一泊。当日がＪリーグ、翌日に浜松航空自衛隊のイベントでで混雑していましたが、早めの予約でお安く宿泊できました。　磐田バイパスを出てすぐなので、車ですと非常に便利。駐車場も広いです。公共交通機関では、磐田駅からバスとなります。　チェックインが遅くなりましたが、気持ち良い丁寧な対応でした。歴史ある宿だけに古さは否定できませんが、その歴史が良い雰囲気を出しています。部屋は広くて快適。バスルームはビジネスホテルよりも一回りくらい広い印象を受けましたが、大浴場があるのでそちらの利用が良いです。足を伸ばしてゆっくり入れるのって気持ち良いです。深夜０時までなので、時間には要注意。　朝食は和洋両方揃っていて種類も多く、ご飯派の方もパン派の方も満足できる内容でした。　磐田と言えばココ！というくらいの代表格のお宿ですし、雰囲気はとても良いです。また機会をつくって利用したいです。

“期待外れ”
何回か泊まってますがいつもは朝食が美味しかったが今回は大ハズレでした。温泉は気持ちよかったけど他所でもあるしココじゃなくてもですね。また泊まるかもだけど確実に頻度は落ちます。とにかくがっかりです。

“東海道５３次歩き旅には立地条件が良かった”
交通の要衝にあり便利ですが、磐田の駅からは離れているのでＪＲ利用者には不便。東海道５３次の歩き旅には便利かも？フロントでの案内人が少なく、館内の説明も書面による案内があればわかりやすかった。設備も古くなっていて洗面台の一部錆があり残念。部屋は古いところはあるが、使い勝手は良い。周囲にコンビニもないしレストランも少ないので事前に買い揃えたほうが良いかも。
