This accommodation is also called "Kami no Ie," the house of the gods. It is run by the Shinto priests of Musashimitake shrine for 80 years and counting. It is a temple lodging built in order to welcome people who visit the Musashimitake Shrine. This healing retreat is located on a lush mountain ridge where people and nature come together. Seasonal flowers bloom in full glory by the entrance, and the hall where the patron god is enshrined is filled with a mysterious atmosphere. Look forward to a different kind of stay.
[Meal]
A selection of ingredients are offered to the gods. After giving thanks to rich nature, the meal is prepared into a feast for the eyes and palate.
At this temple lodging, guests can look forward to having a "lucky" meal which has been offered to the gods.
Here, meals are said to be created by gods and nurtured by people. People carefully prepare food with gratitude for nature.
The meal is named Shinjin no Zen signifying the harmony between gods and men.
