      Conveient location, outlook not attractive but tatami is comfortable. Room for 3 is a bit tight. Good to have tea in room. 1 staff is cool but there is another 1 very friendly.

      Great location close to Shinjuku Station. But in a quiet block. Lots of restaurant very close. Only (small) negative points : not very reactive to emails, and some people at hotel desk speaking no english.
