    Pros: Very good location, very close to bus terminal (5 mins walk), nice bath, rather cheap for this location Cons: Hotel is really old, facility is quite outdated, no internet in room, not even lan connection (wifi only in lobby) is really a deal breake

    Location is excellent and free hotel shuttle to pick us up from the bus terminal upon prior day's request. Staff are courteous. Like the kaiseki style dinner and futon bed.

    早晚餐味道一般,尤其是晚餐食物一般,沒有驚喜,房間寬敞但洗手間超細,風呂溫泉不錯,員工服務很好,還有位會說中文的服務員,協助我們解難,由於退房當日,天氣十分差,大風大雪,酒店特別安排車輛送我們到巴士站,免卻我們在惡劣天氣下步行到車站.令我們十分開心,在此感謝他們的幫忙

    This is a traditional onsen ryokan. Facilities were old and lack of maintenace. The corridor was not repaired and the bathroom in room was coated with old dirts. However, the facilities were hygienic, staff was nice and could communicate in simple english
