      “Excellent”

      I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Zao Onsen Suzunoya and enjoying the snow at Zao. While I don't speak Japanese, the owner and staff made every effort to help me with all my requests. There is an onsen at Suzunoya, but staying there also gives you free acces

      “ほぼ予想通りでした。”

      施設は予想通りの古さでした。夕食のジンギスカンは美味しかったのですが、食堂が狭いので煙モクモク＆火を使っているにもかかわらず小生の横にはストーブがガンガンに付いていて汗だく状態。従業員（バイトかも）にいうと「ダメです。消すと他の方が・・云々」その後、他の従業員（女性）が「暑いですね、消しましょうか？」だって！何なんでしょうか？？？。その他、お風呂は勿論最高でした！

      “アットホームな旅館でした”

      とっても古い旅館ですが、トイレなどの設備はしっかり掃除がしてありました。 旅館の方々は控えめでしたが親切にプランの設定から対応してもらいました。旅館内のお風呂は小さいですが温泉の硫黄成分が強く肌がつるつるになりました。また、外に３か所無料で入れる温泉がありたくさん楽しめて飽きません。 朝食は、家庭的でとってもおいしかったです。スキー場の上の台ゲレンデまで徒歩５分と好立地。ぜひまた行きたいと思える旅館でした。

      “寒かった”

      蔵王の硫黄泉が気に入って伺いました　宿泊料から見れば多くは求めませんがちょうど寒波が来てはいましたがそれにしても、館内及び室内とも寒くて寒くてでした。備え付けのストーブでは室温が１５度位しか上がりませんでした。
