      　１０時までのチェックインぎりぎりに入りましたが、親切に「おかえりなさい」という雰囲気で対応してくれて、うれしかったです。 　設備は古いですが、清潔で、すすき野の夜を楽しんで、そのまま眠る感じでよかったです。

      “立地が良かった”

      自分の出張場所へ歩いて行かれる場所だったので、選びました。道立近代美術館にも近く、駅からも近かったので便利でした。部屋のアメニティが無い分、価格が安いのは良いと思いましたが、ティッシュペーパーまで無かったのは想定外でした（笑）部屋のコップ、ケースに入れた方が良いですね。なんとなく使う事に躊躇してしまいました。でも、また機会がありましたらお世話になりたいです。

      “便利、部屋がゆったり”

      地下鉄、市電にも近く便利です。部屋がゆったりして快適でした。エアコンは無かったのですが、網戸＆扇風機で充分でした。ただ部屋まで階段で上るので荷物の多い方は要注意かも。
