Warmly greeted as soon as we stepped into the hotel. They offered amazing service. The english speaking staff (forgot to get his name) kept helping and offering suggestions based on our likings - such as where to dine and where to go. We lost our safety box key and all staffs were very helpful to try to find it without blaming or showing impatience.
Breakfast quality is great. Dinner serving can be improved but food quality is great.
Male and female floors contain the same onsen choices. Male and female swap floors to experience different environment.
In-room onsen is a plus but we prefer public onsen.
Overall a great experience because the staffs are all very good and helpful. That matters a lot for hospitality.
