The location to Makuhari Messe is perfect (within walking distance). The food and service at the restaurants located at the hotel were really good too. Breakfast buffet in the morning is crowded though.

Very pleasant stay at the APA hotel, except two things:
- the music in the corridor that is very unpleasant at night. It is low but loud enough at night to become a problem, particularly for peoples having jet lag. the music should be cut from 22 to 8h.
- the (very) poor english of the people working in the hotel (but it seems to be a general problem in Japan). It is a pitty that in such a touristic area such as Tokyo peoples are not able to communicate easily with the customers.

Good location near the ocean and very close to an outlet mall! about a 10 minute walk from KaihinMakuhari station
The hotel is huge and there are a ton of people. It's even got 2 convenience stores inside! The hot spring is very nice although a bit crowded
Since this is an APA hotel chain, in the drawer, instead of a bible or buddhist book, you'll find 2 books written by the owner of the hotel. Be warned, it is full of anti-China, anti-Korea, and to some extent, anti-US political rants.

I've been here for 4 times for shopping ( near the outlet ) and the hotspring near Narita. It's best for my family to drive there as the parking is complimentary for the hotel lodgers ( as written in the Eng webpage in the "Facility" field). However, this time and last time the staff needed to ask the Manager for that. At last the parking fee is wavied. Actually inside the hotel it is clearly written in 4 languages that the lodger need to pay 1000 yen for parking. I don't know which is right. And for this reason, I think I may not book this hotel again if it is still unclear.

It's good location if you like to see EXPO. it's just few minute walking distance to Makuhari Messe Expo hall. Airport bus from the hotel is bit problematic. Seat is not guarantee. I was not able to ride the bus because full. Bear in mind that the seat is easily packed out. The bus gather passengers from many hotels around and it seems many groups also use this bus. However, There is another airport bus stop just north of Keisen Makuhari station(10 min' walking or use hotel shuttle bus). This airport bus seems not so busy. Bus stand number 3 is for the airport bus. I used this bus and arrived Narita on time.

Very convenient location. Otsuka Station located just across the street from the hotel. Small room. Cannot open my luggage on the floor. But Very clean. Free Breakfast consists of 4-5 variety of bread, coffee, juice, instant soup. Its chocolate bread is pretty good. Friendly hotel staff.
