*We stayed one nights in a twin room, 1221 on the highest floor. It was difficult – we already booked in April – to find a twin room in for a reasonable price on a Saturday night in October. Be prepared if you’ll like to stay on a Saturday!
*Next to the hotel is a parking garage with car lift. The parking fee for a day was 1000 yen.
*Large and silent twin room, with good beds, airco and good Wifi.
* Good breakfast, in Japanese and Western style, although the choice of the latter was limited.
* On the 13th floor is an good onsen, with separate entrances for men and women. Men can use their card key from the room, women have to use a special code you’ll receive at the check-in.
*Central location, near a large passage with lots of shops and restaurants. About 15 a minutes’ walk to the (closed for restoration) castle of Kumamoto
Summarized, a good hotel because of the location and the large clean room for a reasonable price compared to other hotels of that quality and comfort.
