Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is quite small and personable. It´s a little hard to find (in an alley), but all the taxi drivers seem to know of its location. Because we arrived during a busy holiday season, we were only able to book rather small, smoking rooms online. However, when we arrived and explained our situation (two small children in one room and my parents who were sick in the other), they did not hesitate to offer more comfortable rooms that were available. The kind staff at the front desk also kindly assisted us in fluent English with any questions we had about sightseeing, restaurant bookings and hospital visits. The Tia restaurant was closed over the New Years holidays, so we did not get to try it, but enjoyed our breakfast in the Starbucks across the street. We also enjoyed the hotel bar that was opened throughout our stay and that offered simple but well-made meals (risotto, pasta). The bartenders make excellent coffee and cocktails.
