I was very satisfied with the service at the hotel. Although I live in Japan and can speak Japanese, the hotel staff seemed very understanding of foreign traveller's needs and made the checking in process easy to follow. The room was bigger than I expected and in a good condition. The breakfast buffet in the morning was somewhat of an experience however. The room was very crowded with hardly any where to sit, people were scrambling over each other to get to the food and drink and this made for not such a relaxing occasion. My advice would be to skip the breakfast offer and go to one of the cafes along the street.
