The Hotel is an old style building. The service is good, there's a lift, the room was big, with A/C, TV, there were available kimonos inside and 24h checkin/checkout.
The position is very close to Dotonbori so you can move by walk for nightlife.
They serve tipycal japanese breakfast (rice, miso soup, matcha tea, tofu, japanese vegetables) and was a bit though to eat for me.
In particular the bathroom inside the room looked very old.
So, everything was acceptable, but next time I would choose a Bnb.
