Friendly front desk staff. English seems to be on sufficient level to answer more specific questions.
I had a room on the street site, thus with a window on that site to. Other rooms only have windows looking out on the building next to it. Downside is that the window cover is not suited to keep the daylight out properly on the street-side, it is good enough for the building site. This resulted in having a natural wake-up light in the morning. Other than this, the room was in japanese style with tatami mats. More than clean enough for me.
Breakfast buffet had enough choice and tasted fine.
Hotel is located on a big road, near a taxi stand-place and a metro line.
Elevator (1) was quite busy for this relative small hotel (~30 rooms?)
Stayed 5 nights.
