my friend and i discovered that it's not the b Otsu, but the Hotel Com's. therefore, if you book a room there, ask directions to the Hotel Com's.
and it's a bit too near the train station. if you're an early sleeper, chances are that you'll be kept awake by the speakers of the train station and the sounds of the trains rolling into the station.
but the good part comes now. the breakfast is good, plus the hotel staff are able to converse in english. rooms are bigger than other hotels, have stunning views, and beds are comfortable.
