Staff very attentive even though they don't understand English. They try their best to understand us by hand signs which we managed to get through. The ladies who looked after us ie brought our meals to our room werin excellent in their service. One thing they could improve on is provide timings to guests for shuttle service from Gero Station to hotel. We arrived without knowing what time the shuttle will leave. However, they have the return timings for shuttle to station at the hotel front desk, but it will be good if they can add more trips. Their onsen is excellent.
