It's a typical Toyoko-inn hotel, so if you're familiar with this chain then you know what to expect.
To those who don't know, its a Japanese business hotel that tends to have standardized room arrangements, size, design, etc. The beds are tall enough so you can stow your luggage underneath. The rooms are on the smaller size. No hot spring. But breakfast service is included, but usually limited to eggs, bread, rice, miso soup, hot dogs, and 2-3 other things. Generally very clean, but very basic.
Location is in Kannai which is two stations down from Yokohama Station, and located across the street from the stadium. The walk from Kannai station to the hotel is closer to 10 minutes. If you want a hotel closer to the station, I recommend APA hotel Kannai. If you want one next to the stadium, this is the place to go.
Unlike most Toyoko-Inn, this one didn't seem extremely crowded, especially during breakfast. There were vacancies even though it was spring break in Japan.
