I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, wanting to be near the train/metro lines, and staying in a hotel with helpful and polite staff. I had a single room which comes with a separate bathroom that includes a toilet and sink but no shower facilities. Instead the showers are located in the basement which also has separate men and women's bathing facilities. My spoken Japanese is terrible, but the staff that checked me in were very patient with me and did their best to communicate with me in English. Though the hotel maybe considered "budget" by American standards, the hotel staff's level of service was anything but--when I entered or left the hotel, the staff would greet me; breakfast was included and the staff there were polite to a fault. The hotel's location is excellent as its a short walk from the Kanda station right on the Ginza line and JR's Yamanote line.
