Sakuraya Ryokan桜旅館

2-6-2 Iriya, Taito-ku, Tokyo

4.3/5 BEST REVIEW

by ava1990 United Kingdom / 02 Jul 2015

If you're looking to experience a traditional Japanese Ryokan, this place is good to try. Within walking distance of Asakusa, within sight of the Tokyo Skytree, and with good train connections to the rest of Tokyo, it's well located. If paying for a Japanese-style room, you'll get the traditional look but with modern conveniences like Air conditioning and wifi. We slept very comfortably here. Overall, good place to stay!

The Iriya neighborhood is located midway between Asakusa and Ueno. These three areas have been popular visitor destinations since 400 years ago in the Edo Era. This ryokan features brand-new facilities to provide a comfortable stay. Guests will enjoy the sprit of old Edo culture style and sense along with family style hospitality.
