Businessman hotel but also popular with tourists. Very good location; close to sapporo station. Many restaurants nearby. Good value. Small room but typical of that type of hotel. Breakfast included but it is the same everyday; can get a bit tired after a couple of days. Given the popularity with tourists staying, more english signages and speaking staff needed.
We stayed during the sapporo earthquake and we can see the dedication and service of the staff. They managed to also keep serving breakfast throughout.
Some shortcoming (generator power only good for one day and only on the ground floor, where the only outlets were working; they use a pump to bring water to the rooms which meant running water ran out by afternoon of the day of the earthquake). If the power outage had lasted more than a day; the stay would have been quite uncomfortable.
