Breakfast with a view of Oshidori Pond in front of you is wonderful and the view is very nice! Also, the rice was very tasty and the dishes were like dim sum, and it was the No. 1 Japanese breakfast I have ever had. Highly recommended.

１０連休直前の予約だった為、ビジネスホテル並みの部屋しか空いてませんでしたので宿泊プランに対しての評価は並みです。 和室に宿泊出来てれば満足若しくは大満足だったかもしれません。 あくまでも宿泊プランに対しての評価ですのでご参考まで。

ロビーでのチェックインでした。ロビーは豪華そのもの。そこで入れていただいたお抹茶も大変美味しくいただきました。お抹茶をいただける旅館というだけでも感激です。まさに日本美を感じられる空間でした。 客室は正統派の和室で、とても落ち着く、くつろげるものです。お茶もパックでないところがポイントが高いです。 料理は朝も夜も大満足です。魚が新鮮で、お造りの味が忘れられません。 仲居さんのタイミングも絶妙でした。 内容が良かった上、かなりお得に泊まれて良い旅行となりました。

平日だったので良い泉質のお風呂を独占に近い状態で楽しみました。雲仙地獄までは、散歩にちょうど良い距離です。

部屋は広々としており、全室、おしどり池に面した眺望がとても良い所である。 料理はどれもこれも手が込んでいて、丁寧に作られており、良質で満足できた。 グループでの利用で、部屋は別々だったが、食事は一緒に出来るよう、別室を一部屋準備してくれており、心遣いに感謝である。

雲仙温泉の中では新しい旅館 サービスもよく 部屋をグレードアップしていただきうれしかったです。 料理もおいしく、５０代の私たち夫婦と妹・８０代の母との４人ｆだったので、落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもくつろぎました。 また、行きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

食事とともに景色は何よりの御馳走だと思いました。朝食もお部屋食を頼むと快く応じて頂き，嬉しかったです。ただ，露天風呂に工事の足場が組んであり，入浴時の景色は残念でした。

当日はあいにくの濃霧、降雨で美しい景観を拝見することが出来ませんでしたが、さすが東園と思わせるような接客、お風呂、食事内容で、トータル的に満足出来る素敵な旅行が出来ました。東園さん有難うございました。 最後に一寸だけ気になった点として、朝食会場にて私達のテーブルが高さ調整が不備だったのかガタついて不安定でした。

長崎空港に降りた時には「暑いな～」と思いましたが、雲仙に登るにつれ、涼やかな風が感じられました。現地に到着すると、同じ県内とは思えないくらい涼しく感じられました。女将さんによると、雲仙はもともと避暑地として発展してこられたとか。緑を眺めながら、涼しい風を感じての露天風呂は一生の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

お湯の温度が低かった。また，雨天のため露天風呂が利用できなかったのが残念でした。東園の露天風呂からの景色は絶景なので，毎回楽しみにしていただけに，残念でした。

記念の旅行となる為、口コミサイトで最高評価の旅館と思い、東園を選ばせて頂きました。到着時の抹茶は美味しく、案内された部屋の広さ、窓から見える池の風景に感動でした。そして、予約時にお願いしておいた私の希望が全てかなった心のこもった夕食を美味しく頂きました。従業員の方も何かにつけて親切に対応して頂き、良い思い出になりました。有難うございました。

“View from the room ◎”
The Oshidori no Ike pond spreads out from the window of the room, and you can feel the nature and enjoy an extraordinary experience. The dining room seems to have been recently renovated and is very comfortable, and the food is of course delicious and also pleasing to the eye.
