We went to this onsen resort in June. Totally wow-ed by it. Very good and nice service, the resort allocated a Chinese speaking staff to serve us, really give thumbs up to them. The onsen was ok but too hot for my liking. But glad my parents enjoyed it alo

A nice and comfortable ryokan to stay in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although they dont really speak or understand english, they will still try to understand what i want and cater to my needs. Service was excellent!!! I would definitely stay

“Enjoy the bath”
The location was good for visiting outside hot springs and watching fireworks, the tatami mats in the indoor bath with sauna made a good impression, there was an open-air bath for one person in the room, and the room meals were delicious. Thank you very much for taking me to Kinosaki Onsen station the next morning.
