“立地と価格のバランス良好”
立地は駅から激近ではありませんが、近い部類に入ります。最寄りは赤坂駅、利便性の高い銀座線の溜池山王駅からでも徒歩圏内です。溜池山王、赤坂見附方面に行くと飲食店が多いです。コンビニ、コインランドリーはホテル近くにあります。以上の通り利便性は高いです。また赤坂という土地柄、高価格帯のホテルが多い中、リーズナブルです。都内のホテルが高騰した中では逆に安く感じました（予約時期等にもありますが）。設備は可もなく不可もなく、といった感じですが、スタッフの方の対応は良いです。以上より、コスパは高いホテルだと思いました。

“東京都心には”
東京都心で動く時には大変便利です。ミッドタウン、赤坂、六本木などに近い割には静かで、周辺はむしろ住宅地という雰囲気です。地下鉄からの出口によっては遠回りになるので、注意が必要かも。
