Both the open air public bath and the private room bath were the excellent here. The 'moor' style of onsen was really nice and relaxing. Especially memorable was witnessing 3 red-crowned cranes in the river in the morning while soaking in the private room

All the staff are friendly and helpful. The college students who are doing their internship there are also good. I love the hot spring facilities. It is also convenient to drive there.

田園側和室１０畳禁煙に宿泊しました。 お安いお部屋を選びましたので仕方がないとは思いますが、お部屋の古さと設備の古さに驚いてしまいました。具体的には、お部屋の匂いが気になったのと、浴室の水道設備が古く使い方や温度調整が難しかったです。あとは、ＴＶが小さくて見づらかったです。 次回利用する事がありましたら、もう少しグレードの良いお部屋を選ぼうと思いますし、これから宿泊を検討する方にも良いお部屋を選ぶことを強くおすすめします。 バイキングのお料理は、本当に何を食べても味が良かったです。不味いものや乾いて鮮度が悪そうなものが１つもなかったです。取ったのを後悔する料理やデザートがいくつかあるのが当たり前かと思っていましたが、全て美味しいのは珍しいと感じました。華美なレストランではありませんが、とても満足でした。

以前も、宿泊したことがあるのですが、お部屋がリニューアルされており、綺麗になっていました。お部屋も「月見デッキ」付きにしたのですが、「虫」が発生しているとのことで少し制限があり、十分楽しめなかったことが残念でした。デッキでワインを楽しみながら夜の時間を過ごそうと思っていたので、またベストな季節に行こうと思っています。温泉は、モール温泉なのでとっても満足できました。サウナもロウリュウになっておりサウナ好きには大満足！！お勧めです。

こちらの宿は年に１～２回は利用するのですが 今回は夕食の品数が少ないと思いましたし 料理がぬるいから冷めてて残念でした。 前はこんな事無かったと思います。 牛ステーキですが２切れで皿の方が大きすぎてあれなら無くても良いと思います。 コロナの問題で雇用などの面もあるでしょうが そんな事は他の宿も同じなので。 それ以外は良い宿だといつも思ってます。

お部屋は、窓から十勝川を眺めることがでる和洋室で、満足できました。食事は、手作りのものが多くどれも美味しかったです。お風呂は、露天風呂から十勝川に沈む夕日を見ることができ、お湯は少しぬるかったですが、泉質はモール泉で良かったです。 ただ、チェックインが非常に時間がかかったのが残念でした。１６時ころで混雑する時間帯でしたが、対応いただけるスタッフを増やすなど必要だったと思います。

２食とも大満足でした。 ただ、一点だけ８畳の和室を利用しましたが、とても狭く感じました。 また機会がありましたら利用させて頂きます。 ありがとうございました。

ご飯がとても美味しかったです。海老のアヒージョやチーズ、特にお茶漬けがおいしかったです。 部屋は５人では狭く感じました。あと花火がついてるプランでしたが、花火はもらえませんでした

今回は「ガーデンスパ十勝川温泉」チケット付プランで宿泊しました。男女混浴であまり抵抗感なく入浴することが出来ました。ミストサウナも気持ちの良いものでした。観月苑さんは、何回か宿泊したことが有ります。特に朝食の充実度は、かなり良くなっていると感じました。館内の清掃もきんとしていて、気持ちの良い滞在となりました。再利用意向です。
