A senior member of my company had used this hotel before and recommended it to me, so I used it as well. I had a good impression before I went because it had a hot spring, was in a good location, and the price was reasonable. In fact, it was a straight line from the station, so it was easy to get to. The interior is very clean and the atmosphere is that of a luxury hotel. Personally, the deciding factor in my 5-star rating was the hot spring. The interior of this hotel is also very beautiful, but the amenities often get in the way of the atmosphere, but the amenities here matched the interior beautifully and seemed to support the good atmosphere. The amenities here matched the decor perfectly and seemed to support the atmosphere. (This was the most favorable impression. (This was the most impressive part. Please take a look at it...) The support was really detailed and thorough. I think I will stay here again the next time I am in Sendai.

As an English speaking foreigner, this place had excellent service and catered to any language barriers. The room maids were always on point and left your room in a great condition. Plus, the hot springs are an excellent way to unwind after a long day, so
