    hot-spring trip”

I have been to Shikoku several times, but this was my first trip to Oboke Koboke and Iya Onsen. The hotel blended in with the scenery, and we enjoyed the extraordinary experience to the fullest. I was very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the menu that made the most of local ingredients. It is too far from where I live to visit many times, but I would like to stay here again.

    The Return”

It was snowing outside that day, and since we were not used to snow, we had a hard time with slips because we left without being informed of the safe route, even though we told the hostess at dinner the next night and the front desk clerk at check-out that we were worried about it. Shouldn't you have informed us earlier that the route of the little pisser was better for those who came to the hotel later? However, we are grateful to those who came. Thank you very much. I have stayed at many hot spring resorts in the past, but this is the first time that the hostess did not see me off when I left. I think that is the way it is done there. I digress. I was also disappointed that there was no explanation that there was a night tour later. Overall, I am satisfied with the ryokan where we could relax and enjoy our stay.

    Wedding Anniversary Travel”

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. The open-air bath which we took by cable car was the most pleasant experience. It was very relaxing to take a bath while viewing the autumn leaves. The meals served on the sunken hearth were fresh and something you don't get to experience every day. The waitress told us that they use local sweet potatoes and sell them at the store, so we bought some on our way home! It was a very nice wedding anniversary trip.

    Open-air bath in the sky”

After three cancellations (Corona, torrential rain, and torrential rain), we were able to stay at the hotel for the fourth time, and all the employees were very pleasant. The open-air bath in the sky was 2 minutes away by cape car, and the spring water was of good quality and the view was pleasant. The meals were mainly country cooking, simple but deliciously seasoned, and we both finished the meal without leaving a single dish (a small course of delicious food). The sunken hearth at dinner was tasteful, and we would like to visit the inn again in a different season.

The hotel's private open air onsen's are a special treat; they are reached by a short ride on the hotel's private cable car. There is also a private onsen for couples/families/groups that can be rented for an hour. Of course, there are the usual indoor
