excellent hotel, with superb view of the Alps and wonderful onsen. can take the Alpico bus directly from the hotel to Kumimoko, very convenient. front desk service is excellent. Highly recommend

“convenience of access (by road or rail)”
Arriving at the hotel at 9:30 a.m., I left my car and headed for sightseeing in Matsumoto, but there was no bus at a good time, so I walked 45 minutes to Matsumoto Castle. On the way to Matsumoto Castle, we were passed by a hotel shuttle bus. I heard it was taking us to Matsumoto station.... When I asked the hotel staff about the bus time, I wished they had told me. Other than that, I am satisfied!
