In principle, guests with tattoos will be refused entry into the large public baths. Entry will only be permitted if a waterproof bandage measuring 8 cm x 13 cm in size can be used to cover up the tattoo/s. Waterproof bandages are available at the front counter, so please let us know at the time.

The shower room in the room was a bit small (not that I am complaining), but the hot spring bath was enough to relieve my fatigue. Besides, ice cream and Yakult, very happy "thank you"!

The Corona measures were well taken and the menu was delicious as was the buffet. The room was very dry, so we would like to have a humidifier always available. If it is impossible to have a humidifier in the room, you can rent one.

The Staff were friendly and obliging. They accidentally removed my T-shirt from the room for laundry and made much effort in locating it and even couriered it to my next location. I was greatly impressed by their dedication and commitment.
