It would be a very good service if they could provide a notebook to rent at low costs. A recomendation for others beside the ones I've hooked is difficult for me, because I've no experience. However, I think the hotel can also be recommended for others.

駅近で立地はよいのですが、設備アメニティが古く期待外れでした。夜間冷え込みがあるのに全館一斉冷房切替で個別調節が不可、部屋が寒く辛かったです。部屋スリッパが擦り減ってベタ付いていたのもマイナス点。冷蔵庫や湯沸かしポットも古いタイプ、もう少し宿泊費が安くても…と思いました。

とても良いホテルです。松本ではいつも別のホテルを提供してもらうので初めて泊まりました。部屋のカード入室が難しく、そこだけ苦労しましたが、適切に対応してくださりました。あるゆる点でサービス精神のあるスタッフの人たちです。朝食は適度に種類があり、満足できる内容です。信州らしい品もそろえてあります。駅からも近く、それゆえ周辺の雑音が気にならないわけではないですが、いたしかたないですね。今年はあと３回、松本に来る予定で、いずれも別のホテルを提供されますが、いつかまたこちらを利用したいと思います。どうもありがとうございました。
