I am very satisfied with the location, facilities, and service, all of which are above the price. In particular, the quality of the staff's service is something you can only understand if you stay at the hotel. The breakfast menu is extensive, and it is nice to be able to enjoy a delicious steak in the morning. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kyoto.

Upon check-out, the attendant offered to hold my baggage for me, and the coin locker saved me the trouble and expense of depositing it. The attendant also remembered me when I picked up my baggage, which made the process smooth.

The porter noticed that I was carrying large luggage and recommended that I go to the front desk, even though it was a little early for check-in, so I was able to check in without incident. The porter also carried my luggage to my room, which made the check-in process very pleasant. The hotel is located right next to the JR ticket gate, which was a big help in getting around. It is nice to stay at a hotel like this once in a while, isn't it?
