This was my 12th time using the restaurant this year, and each time the menu was delicious and creative with a sense of seasonality and local produce.

The course was a basic seasonal course, but the abalone sashimi, sea bass shabushabu, tempura served on an insulated plate to keep it cold, and rice cooked in a pot with corn as a secret ingredient were all very tasty.

Excellent way to enjoy a Japanese Ryokan; food, location, and hot spring bath. Taking public bus with suitcases can be a bit of a challenge. Take advantage of the shuttle service or taxi.

Hotel getting old, no activities accept onsen. The swimming pool is very small and horrible, no cleaning water system, it’s just for children but I will never let my children swim in this pool. In general, in Japan food is delicious but in this hotel, food

We had such a great stay at Yumenoi. Since it is quite a large Ryokan hotel, I wasn't sure if we would get the same experience as a small Ryokan but the hospitality could not have been better. Our room was very large and had a beautiful view of the mountai

従業員の方はとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 温泉も良かったです。 ただ、部屋の壁が薄いのか他の客室の音が聞こえ、こちらの音も聞こえているのではと、 とても気を使いました。 お部屋のエアコンの吹き出し口にカビが結構付いていました。 なるべく使用しないようにしました。 是非、エアコンの掃除もしてください。

ペットを連れて宿泊しました。ホテルに着くとすぐ来てくれて荷物を持って部屋まで運んでくれました。ペットオッケーの部屋でしたが嫌な臭いもなく快適に過ごせました。ペットのおやつも頂き小物などもあって大変よかったです。 お風呂は露天風呂もあり気持ちよかったです。 夕食は量も丁度よく温かい物は温かい状態で出していただいて味もおいしかったです。 朝食はバイキングで種類も豊富で、だし巻き玉子は、その場で作ったりと満足しました。 また是非宿泊したいと思います。 お世話になりました。
